Responsible Gaming Policy

LottoSwitch is entertainment, not income. We are committed to preventing underage play, reducing gambling-related harm, and giving every player practical tools to stay in control.

1. Underage play — zero tolerance

The Platform is strictly 18+. Players must confirm their date of birth before their first game, and we verify identity (NIN/BVN) before any withdrawal, which includes age confirmation.

Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately; winnings are forfeited and remaining stakes handled per our Terms.

Parents and guardians: use device-level controls and contact support@lottoswitch.com immediately if a minor has used the Platform.

2. Deposit limits

Every player has a default deposit limit on wallet top-ups. You may lower your limit at any time — it takes effect immediately. Requests to raise a limit take effect only after a 48-hour cooling-off period, and never while self-excluded or on cool-off.

3. Cool-off and self-exclusion

Cool-off (24 hours to 7 days): blocks ticket purchases and top-ups. Your wallet balance remains withdrawable — we never trap your money.

Self-exclusion (1, 3, or 6 months): blocks all play and top-ups across every Operator storefront on the Platform. Withdrawals of existing balances remain available.

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early. When the period lapses, access restores automatically; permanent account closure remains available at all times. During exclusion we will not send you marketing communications.

4. Transparency

Your full game history — numbers picked, stakes, outcomes — is available under the Games tab.

Ticket purchases are final and disclosed as such before payment. Fees (deposit fee, withholding tax on winnings) are disclosed before you pay or withdraw.

Game pages show ticket prices, prize structures, and draw times. Numbers-game draws are provably fair via the DRAND public randomness beacon.

5. Warning signs

Gambling may be becoming a problem if you: spend more than you can afford; chase losses; borrow to play; hide play from family; or feel distressed when not playing.

7. Operator and affiliate obligations

Operators and affiliates must not market to minors, must not make misleading claims about odds or winnings, and must display responsible-gaming messaging provided by the Platform.
